•	VDC will lay out, design your room and fax you a floor plan confirmation within 24 hours. Upon approval and signature, we will cut, fabricate and package your room for shipping within one week.
•	When shipped the patio room is: completely cut, notched, fabricated and ready to install. Proven technology in the production process facilitates calculating the angles and pre-drilling all the holes.
•	With a 2-man crew, these rooms can be installed in 2 to 3 days. Add 1 more day for our insulated floor system.
